Accessoreyes Sorrento Return and Refund Policy

Full Priced Stock:

When you receive your item/s if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund for ‘change of mind’.  We will also exchange or provide a store credit.  Refunds will only be issued if you contact us within the specified time for a Return Authority (RA) number.  The RA must accompany the return in order for the refund to be processed.  Return postage must be paid for in full by the buyer and all items must be in their original condition, unused and with all tags still attached without tampering.  Please ensure you also enclose your contact details so we can advise you once this process is completed.


Sale Items:

We are happy to offer exchange on sale items.  Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to organise an exchange.  All postage costs are to be covered by the purchaser.  We do not offer refunds or store credit on sale items unless the item is faulty.


Faulty Goods:

At Accessoreyes Sorrento we pride ourselves on our high level of quality control to ensure our customers only receive the best.  If you think you may have received a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to organise to replace, refund, exchange or receive a store credit.  All return postage costs are to be covered by the purchaser and the item must be returned in its original condition as you received it, with all original packaging and tags attached without tampering.  We do not cover damage from postage as all items are packed to the highest standard to ensure you receive your item in the same condition as it was when it left our store. 


Damaged Parcel:

If your parcel looks damaged on the outside, please do not accept delivery of the goods – Australia Post will return it to us for further investigation.  If this happens please let us know that you refused delivery through Australia Post and we will be in contact with you once we receive the returned parcel.
